Job summary

MPI, a premier local contractor in Bridgehampton, seeks a Boutique Builder Superintendent to lead daily field operations on large custom residential projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, maintain schedules, review drawings, enforce quality standards, and ensure site safety while collaborating with the Project Manager and ownership.

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Strong background in high-end residential construction.
• Experience with ground-up custom homes and/or major gut renovations.
• Strong knowledge of all major construction trades and building processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Experience building luxury homes in the Hamptons or similar high-end residential markets is a major plus.
