Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end residential interior gut renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and the overall financial performance while coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will review drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, procurement, and documentation; lead client-facing meetings; partner with the Superintendent to ensure quality and schedule; and maintain strong

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with high-end residential interior construction.
  • Experience managing complex gut renovations, penthouses, townhomes, brownstones, or luxury apartments.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers is highly preferred.
  • Procore experience is a plus.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of construction Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience with high-end residential interior construction.
  • Experience managing complex gut renovations, penthouses, townhomes, brownstones, or luxury apartments.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
