Job summary

MPI is recruiting on behalf of a reputable builder in Greenwich, CT, for an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of custom home and luxury new construction projects in the New York area.

You will work with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality on site. Strong communication and PM software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience with custom homes and luxury new construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • General knowledge of building codes in the Greenwich area.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on job sites.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.

The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of custom home and luxury new construction projects in the property industry.
