Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Facilities Project Manager in Austin, TX to join the Facilities and Projects Department. You will coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and ensure seamless integration of technical activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of facilities project management experience, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD or similar), and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required; PMI/PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a focus on facilities or non-IT projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD (2+ years preferred) and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to various assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
