As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting innovative project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $65-70/hr depending on years of experience

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.

What's Needed?

• 8-10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI are preferred.
