Job description

About The Role

The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning project plans, timelines, and dependencies for software delivery initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, APIs, and internal tooling.

About The Role

The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning project plans, timelines, and dependencies for software delivery initiatives spanning cloud infrastructure, APIs, and internal tooling. This role matters because complexity scales with headcount: a skilled PM converts ambiguous goals into clear plans, keeps stakeholders aligned, and ensures releases ship predictably without surprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and RAID logs in Jira and Confluence for cross-functional software initiatives
  • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives alongside engineering leads using Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, design, and QA; escalate risks and unblock teams before schedules slip
  • Track scope, budget, and timeline health; deliver weekly status reporting and executive-ready summaries to leadership
  • Manage release and launch readiness: coordinate feature flag rollouts, migration windows, and go/no-go reviews
  • Document processes, runbooks, and post-mortems to continuously improve delivery practices
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, including steering committee updates and cross-team syncs
What We Are Looking For
  • 4-7 years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or software product environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools; comfortable building dashboards and reports
  • Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and technical concepts like APIs, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proven track record delivering multi-team projects on time with clear, measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus
  • Bonus: experience with data migration projects, vendor management, or SQL/Python for reporting and automation
