About The Role
The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning the plans, timelines, and communication rhythms that keep complex technical initiatives on track.
This position matters because velocity depends on it: you will translate ambiguous goals into scoped roadmaps, surface risks before they become blockers, and ensure launches land predictably in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review
- Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, and release schedules in Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Run sprint planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews; keep status reporting clear, accurate, and actionable
- Identify risks, resource gaps, and scope creep early; drive trade-off decisions with product and engineering leads
- Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, support, and marketing, including rollout plans and go/no-go criteria
- Establish and track project KPIs (on-time delivery, cycle time, scope variance) and report outcomes to leadership
- Continuously improve team processes, retrospectives, and documentation standards
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of project or program management experience, ideally in software or SaaS
- Hands-on fluency with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, or Monday.com
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Strong written communication; able to synthesize technical detail for executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with SQL or data dashboards (Looker, Tableau); background in platform or infrastructure projects
