Qualifications

• 4–7 years of program or project management experience in software or technology environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar tools; strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, infrastructure, and release processes with engineers
• Proven track record shipping complex, multi-team programs on schedule with measurable outcomes
• Strong written communication: crisp status updates, decision docs, and executive summaries
• Experience implementing or improving agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience at a hypergrowth startup, or SQL/data-analysis skills for building program metrics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans for platform and product initiatives, defining milestones, owners, and success metrics
• Run cross-functional execution: drive sprint planning support, dependency mapping, and risk management across engineering, design, and product teams
• Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Linear, and Notion; report status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership weekly
• Facilitate launch readiness reviews, retrospectives, and steering committees with clear agendas and documented decisions
• Identify process gaps across the SDLC and implement improvements to planning, handoffs, and release cadence
• Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, and resourcing tradeoffs with engineering leadership
• Communicate progress and escalations to executive stakeholders, translating technical detail into business impact
