The role drives execution for software delivery teams, coordinating cross-functional work across engineering, product, and design to ship features on schedule without sacrificing quality. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on clarity: defining scope, unblocking teams, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders informed. The team ships fast in a CI/CD environment, and this role is the connective tissue that keeps velocity high and priorities aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own project plans, timelines, and release calendars for 2-3 concurrent software initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives alongside product managers and engineering leads
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, blockers, and resource conflicts before they impact delivery dates
  • Run risk management: maintain RAID logs, upscale?
  • Build and deliver status reporting for engineering and executive leadership, including KPIs on velocity, scope creep, and on-time delivery
  • Improve delivery processes incrementally - refine estimation practices, intake workflows, and handoffs between teams
  • Support quarterly planning by scoping initiatives, sequencing work, and aligning engineering capacity with roadmap commitments
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-6 years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud software environments
  • Hands-on expertise with agile ceremonies and tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents); PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with technical teams - able to discuss APIs, sprint velocity, and infrastructure tradeoffs credibly
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or spreadsheet-based) to track delivery health
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience managing platform or infrastructure migrations, familiarity with OKR-based planning, or prior work in a remote-first org
