Innova Solutions is seeking a Project Management Specialist for Oklahoma City onsite. You will support integrated plans, schedules, and change management per PM standards, analyze metrics, and help with risk assessments.

The ideal candidate has experience with planning tools (Open Plan, MS Project, Milestones) and can coordinate across teams. This contract role offers 6+ months with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Milestones Professional experience (2 or all).
• Experience with program scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
• Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Management Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)

As a(n) Project Management Specialist you will:

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Preparing, developing, and coordinating integrated plans, schedules and schedule-related products to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Supporting the integration of program plans and schedules; horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
• Participating in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.
• Assisting in review of moderately complex proposed or authorized changes (i.e. work statement, budget, schedule, etc.) for completeness and accuracy and supports the determination of impacts on the affected schedule baselines.
• Ensuring revision control of integrated program plans and schedule documents.
• Supporting schedule related risk and opportunity analysis on moderately complex statements of work and/or assists to identify schedule completeness and ability to execute.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Milestones Professional (they will require experience with 2 or all of the tools
• Any candidate with current experience in open plan professional will go to the top of the list

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient with program scheduling software (e.g. OPP, MS Project, Primavera) >3 yrs

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $45 per hour-$50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
