Working closely with project managers and internal teams, this role provides hands-on support with project documentation, scheduling, communication, and follow-up while gaining practical experience in project management processes and tools in a fast-paced corporate environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in tracking projects from initiation through completionHelp maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as directedCreate, update, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status updatesHelp coordinate tasks and communication across multiple teamsSupport the implementation and launch of programs, systems, workflows, and operational initiativesMonitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or obstacles to project managersSchedule and support project meetings, take notes, and document action items and decisionsAssist with data entry, reporting, and upkeep of project management toolsContribute to process improvement and documentation effortsPerform other duties as assignedSkills and KnowledgeAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus, Strong organizational and time management skills, Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsQualificationsMust be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internshipCurrently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, etc.)Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally HousePhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocationOn-site in Lenexa, KSPay Range$18.00 - $22.00
