Job summary

Rally House offers a hands-on internship program that provides exposure to Digital Marketing/Ecommerce, Buying, Financial Accounting, and IT within our corporate environment in Lenexa, Kansas. Interns will gain a broad view of the business while contributing to real projects and cross-functional teams.

All internships are onsite at our corporate office, with opportunities to present outcomes to leadership, participate in case competitions, and develop professional connections across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university preferred.
• Available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS.
• Interest in the Sports or Retail industries is a plus.
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and day-to-day activities within the intern's specific department.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments on cross-functional projects and final presentations.
• Attend lunch and learns with company leaders to gain insight into various Rally House departments and build professional connections.
• Complete retail store training to gain hands-on experience in store operations.
• Compete in a case competition to sharpen problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Present final projects to Rally House leadership, showcasing collaboration and results.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
