Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a relevant field.
• Interest in building a long-term career with Rally House.
• Willingness to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking projects from initiation through completion.
• Help maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as directed.
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Help coordinate tasks and communication across multiple teams.
• Support the implementation and launch of programs, systems, workflows, and operational initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or obstacles to project managers.
• Schedule and support project meetings, take notes, and document action items and decisions.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and upkeep of project management tools.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
