Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Project Lead - Structured Cabling to serve as the on-site coordinator for voice and data installation projects. You will supervise Crew Leads, ensure safety and quality, and maintain staff efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, completing all project paperwork, performing quality checks, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Supervisory or managerial experience (6 months+).
• Ability to terminate fiber and interpret project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project crews and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for productivity and budget.
• Complete project paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and manage site moves and drawings.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact during projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
