Job summary

ARM Group LLC seeks a self-driven Project/Construction Manager to act as owner’s representative on EPC projects and lead ARM’s design-build energy initiatives. The role handles solar PV, BESS, and substations from notice to proceed through turnover, coordinating internal teams and external contractors across the Mid-Atlantic.

The position oversees budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and client satisfaction, with travel to project sites and multi-office coordination required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project or construction management on solar PV, BESS, substations, or energy projects.
• Experience with 1–10 MW projects from construction through commissioning.
• Knowledge of design-build and EPC oversight processes.
• Familiarity with solar PV, BESS, or MV substations.
• Knowledge of interconnection, energization, and commissioning workflows.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and earned value tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARM's design-build solar or energy projects, owning full delivery accountability.
• Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, and construction resources to meet scope and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and field performance; conduct bid reviews and selections.
• Maintain budgets and change management logs; report financial performance.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager during execution; provide progress updates.
• Ensure design deliverables meet permit, utility, and construction requirements.
