Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a self-driven Project/Construction Manager to act as owner’s representative for EPC projects and lead ARM’s own design-build energy infrastructure initiatives, including solar PV, BESS, and electrical substations.

The role spans coordinating internal teams across engineering, procurement, and field construction, with responsibility for budget, schedule, and client satisfaction. Travel across the Mid-Atlantic is required, and multiple office locations are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or construction management experience on solar PV, BESS, electrical substation, or energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering 1–10 MW scale projects from construction through commissioning.
• Experience managing EPC contractor oversight or design-build project delivery.
• Familiarity with regional utility interconnection requirements in the Mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for ARM design-build solar or energy infra projects, from contract through client handover.
• Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, and construction resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage subcontractors and field performance; review bids and support subcontractor selection.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and change management; report financials to leadership.
• Act as primary client liaison during execution and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee design deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and permit/utility requirements.
