Job summary

GTSC seeks a Project Integrator, Level 4, onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports PEO leadership and program managers to establish baselines, monitor health, and minimize cost/risk while ensuring timely delivery.

Candidates should have 15+ years of DoD program/contract/financial management experience, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and Scrum/SAFe experience. Strong communication and MS Excel skills are required; degree substitutions are possible with certifications.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of combined DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• Scrum Master-level experience or Scrum Coach certification.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

GTSC seeksa Project Integrator, Level 4 .

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

~~~ All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission : Assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Certifications: None required.

Experience Requirement:

• Scrum Coach experience with Scrum Certification.
• Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.

Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
