GTSC is seeking a Software Engineer to join a software development team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires seven years of experience and an active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.

On-site work with potential for telework is available, and the team will develop and sustain integrated visualization tools for mission analysis. The candidate will design, develop and debug software, lead the team as appropriate, and collaborate across environments using Java, Python, and modern

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; four additional SWE years may substitute for degree.
• Seven (7) years of software engineering experience in DoD/IC programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience with Java and Python; testing (Unit/Integration); Git; Maven.

Responsibilities

Job Description

GTSC seeking a Software Engineer with seven (7) years of experience.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

All work is on-site. However, there is potential for telework.

Mission : You will work as part of asoftware development team that will develop and sustain integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote modernization of visualization and presentation tools. The software development team will provide application development and support to tools that allow mission analytic users to view existing data or contribute new information in a collaborative environment.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None required.

Requirements:

• Seven (7) years experience as a software engineer in DoD and/or IC programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

Must know:

• Languages: Java, Python
• Testing: Unit, Integration
• Source Code Control (specifically Git)
• Maven
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Flask

Should have familiarity with multiple of the following:

• Virtualization Environments: Kubernetes, Containers (Docker, Containerd), Cloud (AWS/HCI)

Education and Required Qualifications:
