GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2, to join our on-site Hanover, MD team. You will program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python, and develop Windows and UNIX applications in Visual Studio/.NET and makefiles for embedded or mobile platforms.

Clearence required: Active TS SCI with polygraph. Require 8 years of relevant experience or 12 years with substitution, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong documentation/audit discipline.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant programming experience in CS/IS/NE.
• Degree required; substitution of 12 years total experience allowed.
• Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
• On-site, Hanover, MD location with no hybrid/remote option.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows apps using Visual Studio/.NET and UNIX apps using makefiles.

Job Description

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2 .

Location: Hanover, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission : Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None.

Requirements:

• Eight (8) of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.

Education and Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years.

Responsibilities:

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
