Job summary

GTSC is seeking a Scheduler, Level 3, to join our on-site team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires extensive scheduling experience and active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.

Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is essential, along with strong PM skills and the ability to coordinate across sub-projects. The ideal candidate will hold a technical or business degree, have 12 years of scheduling experience, and may substitute four years of additional scheduling work for a degree.

Qualifications

• Twelve years' experience as a Scheduler in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree required; four additional years may substitute for degree.
• Two years experience managing a schedule for an engineering program using MS Project or Primavera.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera course completed.

Job Description

GTSC seeks a Scheduler , Level 3.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD.

~~~ All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Certifications: None required. Desired: Either Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and/or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is desired.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilization of proficient Microsoft Project and PM skills
  

Education and Experience:

• Twelve (12) years' experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  
• Shall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
  
• Shall have successfully completed an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and have demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera.
  
• A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to ten (10) years of experience.
