Job summary

AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Project Integrator, Level 4, to support DoD programs in Annapolis Junction, MD on-site. You will assist leadership and program managers in establishing baselines, monitoring health, and reporting on portfolio performance to minimize cost and risk.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive DoD program/contract/financial management experience, and strong communication skills; Scrum/SAFe experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Alternatively, PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area with 3 additional years of related experience may substitute.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two years of related experience for a total of twenty years may be substituted.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification and SAFe/agile ceremony experience including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, PI planning.

Job description

AEITS, a GTSC company, seeking a Project Integrator, Level 4.

Location:

Annapolis Junction, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission

Assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Clearance

Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Certifications

None required.

Experience Requirement

• Scrum Coach experience with Scrum Certification.
• Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
