Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for weekday evenings and Saturday hours in the Naperville, IL area. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help families engage children in play-based sessions.

Strong communication and comfort working with families are essential. A high school diploma is required, and an active RBT certification with the BACB is expected on start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your caseload, following programming written by a BCBA.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience.

Qualifications
