You will split time between field and office tasks, lead portions of technical work, mentor junior staff, and communicate with clients and agencies under supervision, while advancing your professional development and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Hydrogeology required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write technical reports.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks across projects.
• Desire to learn, grow professionally, and take ownership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to work locations intermittently for 1-week to 10-day periods.

Responsibilities

• Split time between field assignments and office work.
• Lead portions of technical project work from scoping to final deliverables under senior staff guidance.
• Apply academic and industry knowledge to execute project tasks.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior staff within the discipline.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal teams under senior supervision.
• Oversee geologic site characterization including subsurface explorations and monitoring wells.
• Interpret, evaluate, and summarize geologic data to support project decisions.
• Produce concise data reductions and summaries with proposed next steps.
• Perform work in accordance with Health & Safety protocols.
