Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including verbally communicating and presenting project information.
• Desire to master skills in your discipline to become visible in the industry.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong understanding of hydrogeologic theories and methods for investigation and evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project work through individual contribution and delegation to lower-level staff.
• Develop technical scopes of work and proposals in your specialty area and connect with other project aspects to meet client goals.
• Apply codes, regulations, and professional standards to project tasks.
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Present technical content internally and externally and attend networking events.
• Direct the development of hydrogeologic site characterization plans and field programs.
• Evaluate site data to develop conceptual models and assess impacts on project goals.
• Stay informed on current hydrogeologic practices and engage with professional organizations.
• Work safely following company and client health protocols.
• Demonstrate the company’s safety behaviors.
