Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to provide technical leadership in hydrogeologic site characterization and groundwater modeling. You will integrate hydrogeologic data with geotechnical information to develop conceptual models, evaluate groundwater flow, dewatering, seepage, and slope stability while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead scopes of work, oversee field programs, review deliverables, mentor junior staff, and help advance the firm’s hydrogeologic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrogeologic site characterization projects and groundwater modeling.
• Oversee field programs and mentor junior staff.
• Develop conceptual site models and evaluate groundwater flow and dewatering.
• Present findings to clients and project teams.
