Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient technical writing, verbal communication, reasoning, and time management.
• Able to work independently or with minimal direction under supervision.
• Desire to learn and grow with strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and ownership.
• Familiar with environmental analytical testing and data reduction for soil, water, and air.
• Strong problem-solving skills and field sampling equipment aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and assessments of soil, groundwater, surface water, etc., using approved procedures.
• Support site characterization using field investigation results.
• Perform basic construction observation and field testing tasks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of activities.
• Apply academic training and use software to perform calculations.
• Draft technical sections of reports and project communications.
• Assist with creating technical scopes of work and cost estimates for proposals.
• Organize and document field data per project plans.
• Follow health and safety protocols and demonstrate safety behaviors.
