Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to provide technical leadership in hydrogeologic site characterization and groundwater modeling. The role involves developing conceptual site models, evaluating groundwater flow, dewatering, seepage, and slope-stability, and mentoring junior staff across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field required.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional licensure or certification as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to master skills in your discipline to become visible in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience working on interdisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project work and mentor junior staff.
• Develop technical scopes of work and connect project aspects to client goals.
• Apply codes, regulations, and professional standards to project tasks.
• Coach and support staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Present technical information at internal and external events.
• Oversee hydrogeologic site characterization plans and field programs.
• Interpret hydrogeologic data and develop conceptual site models.
