Job summary

PacificWRO is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the full sales order fulfillment process from entry to punch list completion. You will support the sales team and ensure timely, accurate service for customers by coordinating order entry, procurement, factory interface, and order close-out.

Responsibilities include entering orders in Core, coordinating purchases, monitoring ship notices, and ensuring invoices align with project scope. Hybrid work is available with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the commercial furniture industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Core is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders in Core; ensure accuracy and proper setup.
• Coordinate purchases, deliveries, and installations per project dates.
• Communicate order status with teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain project records and invoicing accuracy.
• Support training and professional development as needed.
