Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment in San Jose, CA seeks a highly organized Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to manage procurement proposals, change orders, and project closeouts. You will route proposals through internal systems, track status, and align with sourcing managers and vendors.

You will also onboard new vendors and develop recurring summary and exception reports. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Supply Chain or Vendor Management and intermediate Excel

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with construction project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage routing of procurement proposals and change orders through internal systems.
• Maintain proposal status tracker and communicate delays outside SLAs.
• Support new vendor onboarding by ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budgeting, and cost data.
• Provide project management administrative support, including meeting notes and vendor schedule monitoring.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to join a leading global technology company. This role is key to ensuring efficient processing of procurement proposals, change orders, and project closeouts. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and follow-through are essential. You'll serve as the central point for managing internal approval workflows - routing proposals through internal systems, maintaining accurate status tracking, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with sourcing managers and vendors. You'll also support new vendor onboarding and develop summary and exception reports on a recurring basis.
