• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security/pledge and depositary agreements.
• Prepare and review development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, interconnection and site control documents; conduct related due diligence.

Overview

• The Projects & Infrastructure team advises clients across the globe on accelerating new energy and sustainable infrastructure projects and advancing innovative business models, guiding them from project concept through structuring, development, and financing.
• The role requires experience in US project development and finance, specifically with distributed and utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Candidates must be experienced with principal financing documentation, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security and pledge agreements, and depositary agreements. The role also requires experience with key commercial project documentation, such as development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, site control, and interconnection agreements, along with related due diligence.
• The firm encourages working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with its published guidelines.
