Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant post-education experience in project finance or commercial finance in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Provide guidance on project setup, budgeting, rate selection, and pricing tool development inputs.
• Monitor project financial performance, margin, and working capital for portfolios of projects.
• Review WBS, funding, billing methods, rates, tax, and revenue recognition in project structures.
• Support audits, governance, and compliance across contract execution and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalations and drive process improvements.
