U.S. Bank is seeking a CRE Administrator to review and negotiate commercial real estate loan documents, protecting the bank’s interests while managing a diverse loan portfolio from approval through payoff or maturity.

The role emphasizes constructing and managing loans, including lines of credit and multi-collateral transactions, with strong customer service as a core focus in a collaborative Deal Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Must meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public.
• Five to seven or more years experience in CRE loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and/or negotiating CRE loan documents and protecting the bank’s interest.
• Provide management of a loan portfolio from loan approval until pay-off or maturity.
• Support construction and term loans, secured borrowing bases, lines of credit and other CRE products.
