Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Administrator to review and negotiate loan documents and manage a CRE loan portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity. This role supports the Deal Team while protecting the bank’s interests and delivering high-quality customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Must meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public
• Five to seven or more years experience in CRE loan administration

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating CRE loan documents while protecting the bank’s interest
• Provide management of a CRE loan portfolio from approval until payoff or maturity
• Be an integral member of the Deal Team ensuring customer service and loan protection
