U.S. Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the Infrastructure Finance portfolio. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating loan documents for large, commercial, utility-scale loans and managing a portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity.

You will work with Relationship Managers, attorneys, and title company representatives across all financing phases, emphasizing risk management and timely closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate or project finance loan administration.
• Experience negotiating loan documents and terms for complex loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence and admin management of loans for renewable energy/infrastructure projects.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans funded timely.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, attorneys, title reps and consultants.
• Review loan documents and align with loan booking systems.
