Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Loan Administrator for the Commercial Real Estate and Infrastructure Finance unit. This role focuses on reviewing and negotiating loan documents for large, complex loans and managing a diversified portfolio from approval through payoff or maturity.

Work closely with Relationship Managers, attorneys, and title companies, ensuring timely closings, compliance with policy, and strong customer service across multiple locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate or project finance loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence and administrative tasks for a portfolio of Project Finance construction and term loans.
• Provide administrative management of LOIs, Letters of Credit, and related credit facilities.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans are funded on time.
• Maintain thorough documentation for audits and third-party reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project, asset management, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders.
