Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior infrastructure credit professional to manage a portfolio across project finance, tax equity and corporate lending. You will lead underwriting, financial modeling and documentation, coordinating with relationship managers, product and risk teams to deliver credit solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, drive risk‑aware decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting strategic infrastructure finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or finance with credit, tax equity, infrastructure/energy project finance and data center financings.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; engineering/technical backgrounds welcomed with MBA.
• Strong ability to model, analyze complex project transactions and associated documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan structuring conversations and negotiate documentation with clients and legal partners.
• Drive credit and risk approval processes for originations, renewals, increases and modifications.
• Mentor associates and lead underwriting and documentation of project finance.
• Develop comprehensive credit packages with justification and supporting docs.
• Perform financial modeling and analyses to support loan decisions.
• Oversee ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations and asset quality.
