Bank of America is seeking a senior-level credit professional to manage a portfolio of infrastructure and data center financing clients. You will lead underwriting, loan structuring, and risk assessments across multiple transaction types while mentoring junior staff.

This role emphasizes collaboration with relationship managers, product teams, and legal partners to deliver compliant, value-driven credit solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or finance industry with significant credit, tax equity, infrastructure/energy project finance experience, and data center financings

Responsibilities

• Partners with relationship management and product partners to assess clients' credit needs and create solutions
• Leads loan structure conversations and negotiates loan documentation with clients and internal/external legal partners
• Drives credit and risk approval processes for new credit originations, renewals, increases, and modifications
• Leads ongoing monitoring efforts for a portfolio of clients in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure
• Drives the growth of funded loans and revenue while mitigating risks, maintaining asset quality and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Serves as an escalation point for complex credit transactions
• Mentors and supports associates
• Lead the underwriting and documentation of project finance and other credit facilities, ensuring alignment with client needs and the bank's risk/return objectives
• Lead the financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to support the loan decision-making process
• Conduct research and develop comprehensive credit approval packages, including written transaction justification and supporting documentation
