Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting rules to advise project teams.
• Experience with project finance and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project-related financial data in the project management system and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Code and allocate project costs; monitor status and update data for project changes.
• Review and approve project invoices for contractual compliance; manage vendor invoices.
• Generate routine and ad hoc financial performance reports for project/office teams.
• Assist or lead subcontracting processes and support the proposal process, including gross margin analysis.
