Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of financial/project accounting experience.
• Experience with project budgeting and cost controls preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and revenue recognition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engages and supports all financial aspects across the entire project lifecycle.
• Models and analyzes gross margin scenarios from engagement through final negotiations.
• Ensures the accuracy of the PM system by overseeing budget, commitments, forecasts and expenditures.
• Reviews invoice approvals and payment applications in line with client terms.
• Forecasts and monitors EAC with cost account changes, change orders and trends.
• Supports earnings review with GAAP and revenue recognition concepts.
• Escalates project performance issues to the finance supervisor promptly.
• Develops client and subconsultant relationships and manages subconsultants.
• Uses PFAs for routine transactional support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
