Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of financial/project accounting experience.
• Experience interpreting contracts and client terms.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects across the project lifecycle.
• Model gross margin scenarios and provide revenue/cash recommendations.
• Ensure PM system accuracy for budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Review invoices and subcontracting needs to match client terms.
• Generate reports to identify cost issues and variances.
• Forecast EAC by recording cost changes and change orders.
• Support earnings review processes using GAAP concepts.
• Escalate performance concerns to finance leadership.
• Develop client relationships and oversee subconsultants.
• Mentor Project Finance Associates and oversee transactional work.
