You will recruit and develop teams, oversee budgets, schedules and risk management, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong owner relationships. The role requires onsite project management experience, budgeting expertise, and proficient use of scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• Onsite project management experience is required.
• Budgeting and forecasting in a job cost environment is essential.
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Build and mentor diverse, high-performing project teams.
• Oversee preconstruction, budgets, schedule and risk management to profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, pay requisitions and costs to complete forecasts.
• Maintain owner relationships and secure strong letters of recommendation.
• Establish effective meeting regimens and ensure timely communication.
