You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, while guiding risk assessment, contract negotiations, and stakeholder communications on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive construction industry experience.
• Strong sales abilities and market knowledge.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience reading contracts, drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client and design community relationships.
• Build high-performance teams through coaching and feedback.
