Job summary

Thorpe Plant Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to prepare estimates and proposals, solicit contracts, and manage engineering designs and cost estimates for construction services.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate material, labor, and subcontract resources on multiple sites, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability through effective communication and technical oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable industrial construction industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of insulation and refractory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects to meet Company and customer standards.
• Coordinate with OPS Manager, Construction Manager, and Field Supervisors to ensure project success and profitability.
• Develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare proposals after estimates are complete and secure internal approvals.
