Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with business development and client relations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Engineering/Business or related field; experience may substitute.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects and leading PM teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, Lump Sum, CM at-Risk, and Design-Build delivery methods.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce the company mission and core values at all times.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships that generate new business opportunities.
• Lead project pursuits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure new work and expand market presence.
• Support marketing initiatives and sector growth strategies.
• Create and manage the annual business development budget with guidance from leadership.
