APi Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support national roofing and siding projects from our New Brighton, MN office. You will assist with bid takeoffs, cost estimates, proposal documents, and project coordination, traveling to job sites as needed. Strong Excel skills, reading drawings, and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in construction management or related field required.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and perform takeoffs/estimates.
• Proficiency with Excel and scheduling software; OSHA 30 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract takeoff quantities from bid drawings and field measurements.
• Prepare costs for takeoffs to develop bids for proposals.
• Assist in preparation of proposal documents and cost analyses.
• Maintain project files and back-up documentation for estimates.
• Support project managers; track progress and coordinate materials.
