Job summary

APi Construction Company, based in New Brighton, Minnesota, seeks a Project Manager II to oversee the successful delivery and financial performance of assigned construction projects within the National Roofing and Siding line. The role manages scope, schedule, safety, quality, budget, profitability, and customer relationships from planning through closeout.

Lead with independence, mentor team members, share best practices, and help improve PM processes.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of contracts, drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Model APi’s purpose and culture through collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Senior PM and field leadership for safe, profitable execution.
• Support onboarding and development of PM team members.
• Participate in lessons-learned and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long-range project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and manage projects for safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor billings and collections for accuracy and cash flow.
• Review reports to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Identify changes impacting cost, schedule, or labor requirements.
• Conduct project planning reviews.
• Ensure work complies with customer specifications.
