Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a lead engineer for coordinating planning, organization, control, and completion of complex engineering projects within a defined program. You will plan programs, review designs against standards and contracts, and approve changes and releases while guiding technical developments, scheduling, and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years with related Masters.
• Leadership and communication skills required to influence and lead teams.

• Proven budgeting skills and ability to manage conflicts in fast-paced environments.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
