Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks an engineer to coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area. You will plan and formulate engineering programs, review product designs for compliance with standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications, and approve design changes and releases.

This role requires hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing or production, and familiarity with SAP,

• Experience with ERP/Manufacturing software and tools.
• MS Office Suite experience.
• Experience with fabrication, structures, mechanical assembly, electrical &/or systems integration.
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation in last 5 years and ability to obtain program access.

Basic Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
• Experience with operating systems SAP, ERP4C, iBASEt, TeamCenter, SFM, etc.
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements

Desired Skills

• EVMS management experience
• 2+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
