Job summary

The candidate will be responsible for developing production‑operation estimates for TINA/FAR‑compliant proposals and Cost Management for development contracts. This role involves but not limited to:

• Analyzing historical actuals and applying learning‑curve techniques.
• Building and maintaining cost models and conducting trend analysis to forecast future production lot estimates.
• Preparing a clear basis‑of‑estimate (BOE) rationale to support each estimate.
• Completing monthly estimate-at-complete (EAC) assessments and earned value analysis.
• Presenting data and findings to Production Operations leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Finance-related field or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills

• Experience using SAP ERP system.
• Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate).
• CAM (Control Account Manager) certified or experience in EAC development.
• Experience or education in manufacturing.
• Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
