Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an engineering project coordination professional to lead planning, organization, and execution of engineering programs across areas of responsibility.

You will review designs for compliance, approve changes, and coordinate scheduling and problem resolution with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, budgeting, and lean manufacturing knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience or 3 years with a related Masters degree.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and communication at multiple levels.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and flow.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
